Republicans Release Bill To Keep Government Open, Add Money To Defense-huffingtonpost: After Democrats spent the better part of Tuesday complaining that Republicans had locked them out of negotiations on a stopgap spending bill, Republicans released text of the bill late Tuesday night that would keep the government open past Friday and add money to the Defense Department.
