Consumer Advocates Worry PCORI's Peer-Review Plan Could Delay Access To CER Findings-insidehealthpolicy: Consumer advocates are concerned about the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute's plan for conducting peer reviews of publicly released research findings as mandated by the Affordable Care Act.
