How Do You Design a Hospital That Can Foster Great Ideas?-wired: It might sound like a pretty basic idea: Get researchers and physicians in the same building and increase productivity and innovation, but it’s actually far less common than you might think. Most of the time, medical centers and research facilities are kept separate, often in completely different buildings that require a car ride or at least a long walk to get to.
